Returns

• Returns must be received no later than 90 days after purchase.
• Returns may be subject to a restocking charge.
• Items returned must be in sellable condition. The packaging is not damaged and the part has not been installed, modified or painted.
• Returns must be shipped prepaid freight or they will be refused. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Returns where shipment was refused by the customer or returned by the carrier because they were undeliverable will have the cost of the return shipping deducted from the customer’s refund.
• Cores must be returned in the same box that the new part was sent. Please note cores must be sent back to Fast Parts+ prepaid freight. For applicable customers, Instrument Cluster cores must be received by Fast Parts+ within 14 days of purchase.
• Ford and Motorcraft “Buy on Demand” parts are non-returnable.
• Parts that are marked “Warning this package cannot be returned if opened” are nonreturnable if opened.
• If a return is necessary because of an error by Fast Parts+ please contact our Order Desk first prior to shipping for instructions: 1-877-705-3673 or 204-772-3673.
• Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment with the exception of cash or debit transactions which will be refunded in the form of a cheque in the Account’s name.
